Draft - pending legal review. Last updated 2026-10-10.
What the FleetSpire website collects, why, how long we keep it, and what you can ask us to do. Written in plain language; a lawyer has not reviewed it yet.
This notice covers the FleetSpire marketing website (fleetspire.com). FleetSpire is in early access, and this is a plain-language draft that has not been reviewed by a lawyer. It may change before launch.
It does not cover customer workspaces in the FleetSpire product, which are not open yet. A separate agreement will govern those.
If you join the waitlist or use a sign-up box, we store your email address, the form it came from (for example the footer) and the time you signed up.
Why: to tell you when FleetSpire opens and send launch news. We do not sell email addresses. To be removed, write to info@fleetspire.com; an unsubscribe link in each email is planned.
If you use the contact form, we store your name, email address and message, and email it to the FleetSpire team so we can reply.
Please do not include passwords, payment card numbers or other sensitive data.
The on-site chat assistant (Pixel Bean) saves each conversation on our server: the messages, the page you were on, a browser session id, and your email only if you type it into the chat. We store a daily-salted hash of your network address, not the address itself, and your browser user agent.
We count page views and a few interactions (for example chat opened, button clicked) with our own server. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers, and we do not set analytics cookies.
The free calculators run in your browser. The numbers you type are not stored or sent to us.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete what we hold about you, including a chat transcript, by writing to info@fleetspire.com. Rights vary by state; legal review will set out the details here.
We will update this page and its date when practices change. Questions go to info@fleetspire.com or the contact form.
