Terms of use

These terms cover your use of the FleetSpire marketing website. They are a plain-language draft that a lawyer has not reviewed, and they may change before launch.

FleetSpire the product is in early access and is not generally available. Using the product will be covered by a separate customer agreement, which does not exist yet.

Joining the waitlist is not a purchase or a contract, and it does not guarantee access, a launch date, features, pricing or terms. Plans, limits and trial terms are not final and will be confirmed before launch.

Features marked planned or Coming soon are not available. Sample data on this site is illustrative.

The calculators give planning estimates from the numbers you enter. They are not accounting, tax, payroll, legal or financial advice, and results may be wrong for your situation. Check important figures yourself or with a professional.

Charts plot your own inputs and are illustrative. They are not benchmarks or forecasts.

The chat assistant is automated and can be wrong. It cannot dispatch freight, see fleet data or make commitments for FleetSpire. Chats are saved as described in the privacy notice.

• Do not attempt to break, overload or probe the site, or scrape it at a rate that harms it.
• Do not submit unlawful content, other people's personal data, passwords or payment details.
• Do not use the site to send spam or to impersonate anyone.

The FleetSpire name, logo, mascot, copy and design belong to FleetSpire or its licensors. You may link to our pages and quote short extracts with attribution. Anything you send us may be used to respond to you and to improve the site.

The site is provided as is, without promises about availability or accuracy. To the extent the law allows, FleetSpire is not liable for losses from using the site or relying on calculator results. Final wording will be set by legal review.
